We’re looking for a localization project manager to support internationalization efforts in our Lisbon office. In this role, you'll work with our internationalization team, design department, and marketing organization on translation workflows, localization strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Your new adventure:

• Manage translation tasks for web, marketing, and sales with the localization team and partner agencies
• Collaborate with different departments to meet deadlines and requirements
• Handle urgent corrections or translation requests as needed
• Perform quality reviews of translations to ensure consistent terminology and language style
• Develop language rollout strategies with the localization manager, prioritizing key pages for translation
• Work with the operations team to streamline localization processes and enhance performance
• Onboard new vendors and tools for the localization department

Does this sound like you?

• Experience in operations or at a translation agency
• Background or degree in linguistics
• Fluent in English
• Familiarity with Crowdin (or other localization tools), Jira, and Figma is a plus
• Strong can-do attitude, excellent written communication skills, and openness to feedback
• Extreme attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese (or German, Italian, or French) is a major plus
