BA Glass is seeking a local controller to support budgeting, forecasting and performance monitoring at the local level, ensuring alignment with Group guidelines and strategic goals. You will collect, analyse and report management information to drive profitability, working with cross-functional teams and ensuring data accuracy for the Porto/ Gaia region.

A degree in finance or related field and strong Excel skills are required.

Qualificações

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Good understanding of KPIs, cost structures, and profitability analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; familiarity with SAP / BI environments is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking.
• Proactive and continuous‑improvement mindset.
