MasterFix Solutions requires a Loader Operator to safely operate loaders and deliver materials at Almada construction sites in Portugal. The role demands physical fitness, attention to detail, and reliable communication in English or Portuguese.

Responsibilities include daily machine inspections, adhering to safety rules, and collaborating with the crew to ensure timely material delivery and a tidy work area on site.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year experience operating loaders in a construction or similar environment.
• Must have a valid biometric passport for international travel.
• Physically fit with ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English or Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Operate loaders safely and efficiently to load and unload materials such as dirt gravel and other construction materials.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs.
• Understand and follow all safety procedures and regulations while operating machinery.
• Work closely with the construction team to ensure timely delivery of materials to job sites.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
