Avanta Works in Faro, Portugal is seeking an experienced Loader Operator to join our team. You will operate heavy loaders to load and unload materials and ensure safe, efficient handling of gravel, sand, and debris.

This role requires a high school diploma, a valid license, and at least 2 years of loader experience. You will read load charts, perform equipment checks, and help maintain a clean, safe work area with the team.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years experience operating loaders in a construction or industrial setting.
• Proficient in operating different loader types and attachments (buckets, forks).
• Ability to read and understand load charts and follow instructions.

We are in need of an experienced Loader Operator to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and unload materials onto trucks or other vehicles. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

• Operate various types of loaders to load and unload materials such as gravel, sand, or construction debris onto trucks or other vehicles
• Ensure proper weight distribution on the vehicle to prevent overloading
• Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper functioning
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Communicate with truck drivers and other team members to coordinate loading processes
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
