Speak It in Lisbon is seeking a Spanish Social Media Content Moderator to join our client’s Spanish Content Moderator team. You will help ensure content safety and compliance on a short-form video platform, working onsite in Lisbon.

Fluency in Spanish (C2) and strong English (C1) are required, with the ability to adapt to a complex software system. Eligibility to work in the EU and availability for 40 hours per week are essential.

Qualificações

• Native or proficient level of Spanish (C2).
• Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written.
• Ability to adapt to a challenging software system.
• Analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver.
• Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
• Availability to work onsite.
• Availability to work 24x7 (40 hours/week).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to your platform
• Be responsible for the development, improvement, and maintenance of standards for the security of our online communities
• Improve the content management strategy for short video platforms
• Be responsible for coordinating with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates the policies
• Meet and exceed our service quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets
• Be responsible to follow the direction of management and provide feedback
