Qualificações

• Experience evaluating customer interactions against quality frameworks.
• Strong data literacy and familiarity with QA/CSAT metrics.

• Interaction auditing of calls, chats, and emails in Dutch/Flemish.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to line managers.
• Identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights from data.
