ICEYE Portugal seeks an on-site IT Site Engineer to keep our Lisbon Center of Excellence running. You will own local IT issues across hardware, OS, printers and meeting-room systems, ensuring daily operations stay smooth.

Qualificações

• Hands-on IT support or field engineering experience.
• Troubleshooting across Windows, macOS and Linux.
• Solid networking fundamentals and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience with office IT equipment, IAM (Okta) and Jira Service Management.
• Comfortable in defence/aerospace environments with security constraints.
• Fluent English and Portuguese communication.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Portuguese security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Own and resolve local IT issues across hardware, OS, printers and meeting-room systems.
• Support FDE deployments at Portuguese Air Force locations with secure laptops and networks.
• Troubleshoot Linux workstations and local network to minimize downtime.
• Manage local user access (Okta) and site documentation; handle global IT requests via Jira Service Management.
• Coordinate with CEO and Head of People on office fit-out and secure-area readiness.
