Job summary

Inetum2 in Lisbon is seeking a Test Leader to drive testing activities across strategic projects, ensuring software quality and delivery excellence. You will define test strategies, coordinate activities, lead test execution, and support project governance in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of software testing experience.
• Experience defining test strategies, plans and schedules.
• Experience coordinating testing teams or activities.
• Solid knowledge of testing methodologies and ISTQB principles.
• Experience in Agile environments and tools (Octane, Jira, Confluence).
• Knowledge of API testing and SQL.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional French language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define and contribute to test strategies, plans and schedules.
• Coordinate and support testers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure execution and monitoring of test activities and deliverables.
• Manage test campaigns, defects and reporting.
• Identify, assess and communicate testing risks impacting quality or delivery.
• Provide visibility on testing progress via stakeholder reporting.
• Support Go/No-Go decisions with accurate testing information.
• Facilitate defect review and test progress meetings.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices in testing.
• Ensure compliance with established testing processes and standards.
