QualityAI is seeking a Test Lead for a full-time hybrid role based in Lisbon. You will oversee SIT and UAT in Waterfall environments and manage multiple test teams across onshore and offshore locations to ensure timely project delivery.

The role requires strong experience with JIRA, Zephyr, Excel and Power BI, plus Agile methods and ISTQB certs. English fluency and ability to engage stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with complex testing projects and test management.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Fluent English in speech and writing.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and ISTQB levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage SIT and UAT deliverables in Waterfall environments.
• Oversee onshore and offshore test teams to ensure project delivery.
• Plan and deliver test initiatives for complex programmes.
