iTRTech Group in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst specialised in Credit Risk Stress Testing to join a hybrid team. You will translate business needs into functional specs, support delivery, and work with stakeholders and developers in an Agile setting.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, a strong SQL and Python foundation, and fluency in English (C1). Knowledge of Basel IFRS9 and climate stress tests is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, IT, CS or similar field.
• Experience as Business Analyst or Functional Expert in Credit Risk, IFRS9, Basel or stress testing.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• English at C1 level.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in projects.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse business needs and translate into functional specs and tests.
• Support delivery while respecting budget, regulatory and deadlines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and developers in Agile environments.
• Produce official stress test results and provide user support.
• Define, specify and test enhancements to calculation engines and UIs.
• Identify improvements for reliability, maintainability and scalability.
