iTRTech Group in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a hybrid role on a banking project focusing on data and reporting across Risk, Finance and ALM-T. You will connect business stakeholders with technical teams, ensure reliable data production, and contribute to reporting enhancements.

Strong SQL and Power BI skills, plus testing experience, are essential. The role requires 5+ years of senior experience, English at C1, and a willingness to work in a hybrid model based in Lisbon,

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT, Accounting, Finance or another relevant field.
• Relevant experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst, specifically in administration and support.
• Proven experience in test plan definition, execution and validation.
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
• English at C1 level.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning and organisational skills.
• Accuracy, attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and adapt communication to different stakeholders.
• Strong teamwork and client focus, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate financial closing calendars and manage reference data.
• Monitor and control data production, including reporting flows and data loading.
• Provide first-level support to end-users.
• Maintain operational, technical and functional documentation.
• Execute ongoing operational controls.
• Support project management activities and collaborate with business and technical teams.
• Define, execute and validate test plans.
• Prepare validation statements, release notes and data model documentation.
• Support changes to reporting interfaces and reference data applications.
