ITDS Portugal in Lisbon is seeking a Mid-Level Network Security Engineer to maintain secure enterprise infrastructure in a production IT environment. You will manage firewall rules, segmentation and incident handling while ensuring high availability and compliance.

The role requires hands-on experience with NSX-T/VCF9, Palo Alto and Fortinet, and ITIL-aligned processes. Fluent English and Portuguese or French are preferred, with a hybrid work model in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of network security in IT production operations.
• Hands-on NSX-T/VCF9, Palo Alto and Fortinet experience.
• ITIL-aligned incident and change management.
• Experience in firewall rule optimization and automation.
• Ability to meet SLAs and QoS targets.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose malfunctions and maintain high availability of security infrastructure.
• Implement and optimize firewall policies and segmentation rules.
• Serve as SME for network security; provide guidance and training.
• Handle incidents, requests and changes end to end with documentation.
• Collaborate with IT and infra teams.
