CTS Group is seeking an experienced Architect at intermediate to senior level to join our Architecture team in Portugal. The role focuses on designing data centers and industrial facilities, developing detailed layouts, and ensuring compliance with technical requirements and sustainability goals.

You will collaborate with structural, civil, and MEP engineers, coordinate with authorities for permits, and prepare BoQs and technical reports.

Qualificações

• Degree in Architecture or related field is required.
• English proficiency mandatory; local language depending on region.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient with Autodesk tools and Microsoft Office.
• On-site work is considered an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in the design process from feasibility studies through construction documentation.
• Create detailed architectural layouts and plans for data centers and industrial facilities.
• Collaborate with structural, civil, and MEP engineers to integrate design.
• Prepare technical reports, material specifications, and BoQ.
• Provide architectural guidance during construction and ensure quality.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and sustainability goals.
