CTS Group in Lisbon or Porto seeks an Architect to join our Architecture team and lead architectural design for Data Center projects across international markets.

You’ll develop feasibility studies, concept designs, construction documentation, and coordinate with structural, civil and MEP engineers while ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards. Strong Revit, AutoCAD and ACC skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar architectural role.
• Experience with architectural design and project development for complex facilities.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and standards.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and ACC.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in design and development of Data Centers and industrial facilities from feasibility through construction documentation.
• Develop detailed architectural layouts, plans and design solutions aligned with technical and sustainability requirements.
• Coordinate with structural, civil and MEP engineering teams.
• Prepare technical reports, material specifications and BoQs.
• Provide technical support during construction to ensure correct on-site implementation.
• Review design information to ensure alignment with design intent and quality standards.

We are rapidly expanding into other markets globally. In addition to D&B, we develop and produce digital systems tailored for the Data Center industry and standardized self-contained units.

We’re looking for an Architect to join our Architecture team in Lisbon or Porto.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be involved throughout the architectural design process, from initial feasibility studies and concept development through to construction documentation and site support.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Participating in the design and development of Data Centers and industrial facilities, from feasibility studies through to construction documentation
• Developing detailed architectural layouts, plans and design solutions aligned with technical and sustainability requirements
• Collaborating closely with structural, civil and MEP engineering teams to ensure multidisciplinary design coordination
• Supporting coordination with authorities and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and permitting requirements
• Preparing technical reports, material specifications, Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and other project documentation
• Reviewing design information and contractor work to ensure alignment with the design intent, quality standards and project requirements
• Providing technical support during construction, helping ensure that architectural solutions are correctly implemented on site
• Ensuring architectural designs comply with building regulations, industry standards and project-specific requirements
• Participating in design reviews, presentations and meetings with clients, consultants, contractors and project managers
• Managing priorities, deliverables and deadlines across multiple projects and evolving project requirements

You’ll work closely with experienced professionals and multidisciplinary teams, gaining exposure to complex international projects and progressively taking ownership of your architectural deliverables.

What are we looking for?

Your technical background:

• Degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar architectural role
• Experience with architectural design and project development, ideally across complex buildings, industrial facilities or Data Centers
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building regulations and industry standards
• Experience developing detailed architectural layouts, plans and construction documentation
• Skilled in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Experience coordinating with structural, civil and MEP engineering disciplines
• Ability to prepare and review technical documentation, material specifications and BoQs
• On-site construction experience is considered an advantage
• International project experience is considered a plus
• Proficiency in English is mandatory

Base salary according to experience and seniority. Our package includes food allowance and health insurance.
