Qualificações

• Must hold a valid certification in personal training.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a personal trainer.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, nutrition and exercise science.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese language skills are an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct initial consultations to assess fitness levels, health history, and goals.
• Design personalized workout plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Demonstrate proper form for exercises and provide modifications as needed.
