Tivoli Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Concierge in Lisbon to deliver exceptional guest experiences, anticipate needs, and provide insider recommendations. You will arrange bespoke services, coordinate bookings, and collaborate across departments to ensure seamless, high-end service.

Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; additional languages are a plus. A hospitality background and strong communication skills will help you thrive in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Portuguese and English (additional languages a plus).
• Experience in Concierge, Guest Relations, Front Office or personalized guest service roles preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Lisbon's tourism, culture and premium experiences.
