Job summary

Quanteam, the founding entity of Rainbow Partners, seeks a Data Project Manager for People Analytics to lead HR analytics projects and coordinate Data Analysts, Engineers, and IT teams in Lisbon.

You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, define KPIs, and ensure data product quality and governance across the organization. A focus on Agile methods and stakeholder management is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis, IT project management, or Data/Analytics project delivery.
• Higher education degree in a relevant field.
• Strong PM skills including stakeholder coordination, planning, budget monitoring, and risk management.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specs and delivery plans.
• Familiarity with data processing, analytics, and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience defining KPIs and supporting reporting solutions.
• Familiarity with data migration, data quality, and governance.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, and change management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Position based in Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic HR analytics projects with on-time, on-scope delivery.
• Translate business needs into requirements and coordinate with Data Analysts, Engineers, and IT teams.
• Gather stakeholder feedback, prioritize evolving needs, and maximize data product value.
• Coordinate integration and deployment of analytics solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk analyses, and impact assessments.
• Support legacy database migration studies and define group-wide reporting approach.
• Provide project coordination for Learning & Development initiatives.
• Ensure data product quality, security, and governance alignment.
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement across data projects.
