A global leader in content and language solutions is seeking a Legal Trainee in Lisbon. The role involves drafting legal agreements, supporting corporate governance, and learning from experienced professionals. Candidates should have a Law degree and strong communication skills, with fluency in English and preferably French. This position offers a hybrid work regime and various allowances.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in law is a plus.
• Fluent in French is a plus.

• Support managing the corporate life of Acolad's affiliates.
• Draft corporate meeting minutes.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal agreements such as framework contracts and NDAs in English.


• Supporting the Legal Team in managing the corporate life of Acolad's affiliates.


• Draft corporate meeting minutes for different affiliates.


• Support and learn about other legal reporting functions assigned by the Legal Director.

Requirements

• University degree in Law (Master´s degree in law is a plus)


• Fluent in English (French is a plus)


• Excellent interpersonal skills: relationship building skills


• Comfortably operating in an international and multi-cultural environment


• Flexibility and adaptability on approaching different tasks


• Excellent attention to detail


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook)
