Job summary

Wire IT, based in Portugal, is seeking a Learning Architect to lead customer-facing learning initiatives across international markets, including Spain, the Middle East, and remote work. You will design learning strategies, drive enablement programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer outcomes with business goals.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in learning leadership, superb communication, and proven ability to manage multiple projects while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing customer-facing learning, enablement, customer success or consulting initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, education, learning or IT.
• Ability to develop learning strategies that support customer goals and business results.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
• Experience collaborating across teams while managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Confidence leading customer meetings, business reviews and internal stakeholder discussions.
• Background in account management, learning or technology sales is a plus.
• Availability for occasional business travel.
