As our Learning and Development leader, you will lead our learning and development strategy, designing and implementing learning solutions that will shape how our people grow and thrive, genuinely boosting performance, engagement, and capability across Laminar Projects. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll ensure our people\'s learning aligns with real business priorities while fostering a culture where development is part of everyday work. From introducing new learning and training systems to driving key projects, this is your chance to make learning impactful and meaningful.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll play a key part in establishing a strong and scalable L&D function. You’ll manage our learning and training team as well as work alongside our in-house clinical psychology team. From day one, you’ll have close support from the CEO to help set direction and build the foundations for long-term success.
You’re adaptable and hands-on, able to move between planning, delivery, coaching, and continuous improvement, always to help people do their best work.
