Job summary

Airbus Atlantic Portugal is seeking an AAOS Agent to drive Lean & Continuous Improvement across the site in Santo Tirso, Porto. You will define maturity growth roadmaps, implement tools and standards, and lead CI projects with a strong emphasis on training and cross-functional coaching.

You will train operators, FLMs, and MFTs in AAOS concepts, act as a liaison with the AAOS manager and operations teams, and help build the AAOS roadmap with KPIs and regular self-assessments.

Qualifications

• Around 4 years of experience implementing continuous improvement/lean projects or in an industrial operations position.
• Fluent English is mandatory; Portuguese current; French conversational is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the AAOS maturity growth roadmap.
• Implement tools and standards for AAOS.
• Lead projects or CI processes including planning, routines and outputs.
• Train and coach AAOS standards to operators, FLMs and MFTs.
• Act as UAP focal point and liaison with AAOS manager and operations.
• Co-facilitate AAOS roadmap with MFT; measure maturity via KPIs and self-assessments.
• Participate in industrial assessments and AAOS kaizen workshops.
• Support MFT routines and provide structured feedback to leaders.
