Job summary

Onile IT is leading a transformation project in the motor insurance area, focusing on testing coordination, validation of defects and go-live readiness. The role combines practical test execution with daily collaboration across business and technical teams.

The candidate will oversee UAT activities, support end-to-end testing and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth production entry. Strong communication in Portuguese and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating UAT activities and leading operational-to-testing alignment.
• Experience with functional and end-to-end testing of business processes.
• Experience in insurance projects, preferably automotive insurance.
• Knowledge of test methodologies, evidence management and monitoring of test cycles.
• Experience coordinating test teams and liaising with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps is valued.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent training is valued.
• Excellent communication, organization, analysis and leadership capabilities.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, spoken and written.

Job description

Lead CTU Tester to integrate a transformation project in the area of motor insurance, combining the practical execution of tests with the daily coordination of business acceptance activities.

It will play a central role in monitoring the tests, in the validation of defects, in the articulation with the teams involved and in the evaluation of the preparation of the solution for entry into production (go-live).

Requirements:

• Experience in coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, reconciling operational leadership with practical testing execution ;
• Experience in functional testing, end-to-end (E2E), validation of business processes and fault management ;
• Experience in insurance projects, preferably in the automotive insurance area ;
• Knowledge of testmethodologies, evidence management and monitoring of test cycles;
• Experience in thecoordination of test teams and in the articulation with business stakeholders and technical teams ;
• Knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps is valued;
• Certification ISTQB or equivalent training will be valued;
• Excellent communication, organization, analysis and leadership capabilities;
• Fluência inPortuguese and English, spoken and written.

Conditions :

• Hybrid work regime, with 3 days per week in the office;
• Direct contract with the client.
