Job summary

Digital Product Studio is seeking a Lead Full-stack Engineer to join their remote team (Portugal-based). You will shape technical delivery, lead a cross-functional team, and influence architectural decisions while partnering with Product, Design, and Delivery.

This role offers ownership of high-impact digital products and a craftsman-style engineering culture. Ideal candidates have hands-on leadership, deep full-stack expertise (JS/TS/Node) and strong cloud/infra experience.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building modern full-stack applications (JS/TS/Node or similar).
• Deep expertise in at least one modern frontend framework (React, Vue, Next.js).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP), CI/CD and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Strong understanding of API design (REST/GraphQL), databases and system architecture.
• Experience delivering secure, scalable, high-performance applications.
• Comfortable leading technical discussions with engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).

With a global presence and long-standing client relationships, they work across everything from early discovery through to large-scale product builds. They're now looking for a Lead Full-stack Engineer to join their remote team (Portugal-based) and play a key role in shaping and delivering high-impact digital products.

The Role

Lead full‑stack engineer role with a strong focus on full‑stack web development, with occasional collaboration across mobile teams.

You’ll:
