Bee Engineering ICT in Lisbon seeks an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to own Salesforce initiatives, lead a team, and deliver scalable solutions that drive business growth.

You will mentor developers, ensure code quality, and collaborate with stakeholders to assemble robust integrations and customizations using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. English at B2+ is required.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or similar.
• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Solid experience with Salesforce integrations.
• Proven track record in unit testing, debugging, and defect resolution.
• Good knowledge of Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience using JavaScript and HTML for customization and troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).
