Job summary

Bee Engineering ICT is seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer in Lisbon to own Salesforce development initiatives and lead a team of developers. You will deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that support business growth and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.

Ideally, you bring 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, be proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, and have strong integrations and CI/CD knowledge.

Dare To Have

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or similar
• 8+ years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce development
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
• Solid experience with Salesforce integrations
• Proven track record in unit testing, debugging, and defect resolution
• Good knowledge of Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines
