Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or similar field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience as a Python Developer.
• Proven experience as a Lead Developer.
• Strong proficiency in the Django framework.
• Solid knowledge of Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD tools and related methodologies.
• Solid experience in refactoring, simple design and clean architecture principles.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and team collaboration practices.
• Fluency in English.
• Leadership skills, attention to detail and a strong interest in continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Implement Test Driven Development (TDD), ensuring high standards of code quality and reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform refactoring, following simple design and clean architecture principles.
• Promote team collaboration through pair programming, daily stand-ups, code reviews, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Design and maintain resilient architectures, ensuring scalability and performance.
