Noesis is seeking a Technical Lead to guide the design and delivery of scalable solutions addressing complex business and technical challenges in Lisbon. The role connects technical and business teams, owns the technical vision, and ensures high-quality delivery from concept through production.

You will lead architecture and hands-on technical work, mentor teams, and collaborate with customers across time zones to align on strategic requirements. Fluent Portuguese and strong English are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of software development experience with 2+ years in technical leadership.
• Experience in web/mobile development, solution architecture, performance, and project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, SQL, REST, SOAP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to lead global technical projects across teams and time zones.
• OutSystems experience and certifications.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, iterative, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Fluent in Portuguese and professional proficiency in English (B2 or above).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical delivery and architecture of projects from ideation to production.
• Design scalable solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and ensure overall solution quality.
• Mentor development teams on architecture and best practices.
• Work with customers and internal teams to resolve dependencies and understand strategic requirements.
• Contribute to the technical growth of the professional services team through documentation, examples, and knowledge sharing.
