Established European Data Centre Main Contractor is seeking a Mechanical Construction Manager for a flagship data centre project in Lisbon. You will lead on-site mechanical building services, coordinate HVAC and pipework, and manage subcontractors to deliver safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

You will report to the Mechanical Project Manager, drive programme delivery, oversee QA, and collaborate with project teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure alignment with the programme

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager or Senior Mechanical Site Manager in an M&E contracting environment.
• Experience managing large-scale HVAC and pipework packages.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety, quality assurance, and programme delivery.
• Excellent communication and subcontractor management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day mechanical construction activities on the project.
• Coordinate HVAC and mechanical pipework with subcontractors.
• Prepare method statements and risk assessments.
• Ensure mechanical works meet programme milestones and quality standards.
• Manage procurement of specialist equipment and packages.
• Support commercial activities including valuations and variations.
• Monitor two-week look-ahead programmes.
• Maintain communication with the client and project team.
