FOSSA Systems is seeking an IoT Systems Engineer to join our Madrid team and drive the development and improvement of IoT devices and the ecosystem. You will oversee technical coherence across satellite, ground, and device teams, reporting to CTO and executive management.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team across geographies, coordinating with mechanical design, electronics, embedded software, QA, and support, ensuring seamless integration with FOSSA connectivity infrastructure.

Qualificações

• Engineering background with systems development experience (IoT, LPWAN, and/or Satcom).
• Proven leadership and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end development of IoT devices from concept to deployment.
• Manage multidisciplinary engineers across embedded software, electronics, and QA.
• Ensure technical coherence across all IoT engineering disciplines.
