P2P is seeking a Lead iOS Engineer to own the Ethena Pay app end-to-end, delivering a fast, fluid, pixel-perfect experience. You will set the bar for craftsmanship, security, and performance, and lead the App Store release process with architectural rigor.

You will mentor the team, define the iOS roadmap, and collaborate with design to ship high-quality features, including passkeys and wallet integrations, on a world-class consumer money app.

Qualificações

• Shipped and maintained native iOS apps handling real money or sensitive financial data.
• Strong Swift + SwiftUI with modern concurrency and architecture.
• Track record of pixel-perfect, design-led apps with solid craft.
• Experience integrating money-app SDKs for authentication, wallet, KYC, and funding.
• Secure on-device handling and avoidance of token/PII leakage.
• Able to own and evolve a large existing iOS codebase and set technical direction.

Responsabilidades

• Be the top contributor and ship the Ethena Pay iOS app end-to-end.
• Own the native iOS app architecture, build, and quality bar.
• Coordinate the App Store release pipeline: certificates, provisioning, entitlements, TestFlight.
• Own core app surfaces with design authority and proper documentation.
• Raise iOS quality and enforce a robust test strategy in reviews.
• Act as default reviewer and mentor the team, setting technical standards.
• Set mobile direction and roadmap for future iOS/Android growth.
