• Build and implement F2P systems that enhance player engagement and revenue, with a focus on progression, monetization, live events, and in-game economies
• Identify opportunities to use AI to improve the player experience, engagement, personalization, content, and live operations of Paper.io2
• Take full ownership of specifications, timelines, and outcomes, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality delivery
• Utilize A/B testing, retention metrics, and player data to refine and optimize features post-launch.
• Identify strengths, address weaknesses, and iterate for continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with developers, artists, and analysts to ensure seamless feature rollouts.
• Maintain clear documentation, resolve technical challenges, and make strategic trade-offs to deliver the best possible player experience
• Prioritize development efforts under tight deadlines, balancing speed and quality to maximize impact
• Stay ahead of industry trends by monitoring competitors, analyzing market innovations, and rapidly adapting best practices

Требования

• Previous experience as PM, Product Owner, Game Designer, or Live Ops/Product Manager in a fast paced environment
• Deep passion for F2P mobile games and curiosity about what makes a game engaging and successful
• Strong knowledge and genuine interest in AI, including generative AI, machine learning, LLMs, or AI agents
• High standards. We need someone who pushes the product forward and challenges weak ideas
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
