Omilia is seeking a Senior Conversational AI Delivery Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade IVR/IVA solutions on the Omilia platform. You will translate CX requirements into production-ready implementations and serve as a technical owner across delivery, architecture, and client engagement.

You will mentor junior engineers, contribute to accelerators, and stay at the forefront of GenAI tooling and AI delivery practices to continually improve project outcomes.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering conversational AI, IVR, or IVA solutions in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on VUI/voice dialog design and NLU/ASR understanding in telephony contexts.
• Experience with GenAI tooling, LLM APIs, and integration via backend services.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, and deploy end-to-end conversational AI solutions (IVR/IVA) on the Omilia platform and integrate GenAI capabilities.
• Own technical delivery quality from design through go-live and support delivery risks.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and collaborate across teams.
