Conclusion Lifecycle is seeking a Lead Engineer Modern Endpoint to join our Nearshore teams delivering remote services to international clients across Europe. You will own operational health of Modern Endpoint environments, ensure stability, security and proactive improvements.

You will use Microsoft Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Windows Autopilot and PowerShell to detect trends, handle incidents, and drive roadmaps with customers.

Qualificações

• Experience in Modern Endpoint Management and Intune.
• Experience managing customer environments with end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent written and spoken English for international collaboration.
• Familiarity with ITIL/SIAM service frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the operational health of Modern Endpoint environments.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, compliance metrics and translate insights into actions.
• Use Intune, Inforcer and DEX platforms to identify trends and prevent incidents.
• Lead service review meetings and define improvement roadmaps with customers.
• Coordinate Major Incident Management activities for endpoint incidents.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and product teams to create scalable solutions.
