Qualificações

• 10+ years in manufacturing, technology, digital transformation, or project management
• 5+ years leading large-scale digital projects and transformation programs
• Professional proficiency in English
• Experience deploying digital manufacturing solutions across multiple production sites
• Experience managing PMO activities and governance processes
• Strong program and portfolio management with business case development and financial management
• Proficiency with project and portfolio tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet or Planview

For your awareness, IFF has announced its intention to sell its Food Ingredients Business to CVC Capital Partners. The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. The Food Ingredients business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to CVC Capital Partners. • Lead multiple complex digital projects and transformation programs across manufacturing sites and business units.
• Define project strategies, governance frameworks, resource plans, schedules, budgets, and success metrics to ensure successful execution.
• Manage senior stakeholders and executive communications while driving organizational alignment and decision-making.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Digital Technology Solutions, and external partners.
• Develop implementation roadmaps that translate business priorities into actionable project plans.
• Drive the delivery of digital solutions that generate measurable operational and financial value.
• Lead organizational change management activities to support adoption and sustainability of new digital capabilities.
• Support Project Management Office (PMO) activities, including portfolio planning, prioritization, governance, resource management, and reporting.
• Identify portfolio risks, cross-project dependencies, and continuous improvement opportunities while maintaining accountability for project delivery.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing, technology, digital transformation, or project management environments.
• At least 5 years of experience leading large-scale digital projects and transformation programs.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated experience deploying digital manufacturing solutions across multiple production sites.
• Experience managing project portfolios, governance processes, and Project Management Office (PMO) activities.
• Advanced expertise in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong program and portfolio management capabilities, including business case development and financial management.
• Proficiency with project and portfolio management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or Planview.
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Experience mentoring and coaching project managers while driving the adoption of consistent project management standards and best practices.
• Strong understanding of digital manufacturing technologies, including Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Advanced Analytics, Process Digitalization, Industrial Data Platforms, Automation, and Robotics.
• Expertise in data analytics, key performance indicator (KPI) frameworks, dashboard development, and business intelligence tools, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
