Accenture PLC in Lisbon, Portugal seeks a Contracting Legal Professional to lead, structure, draft and negotiate complex client transactions including master services, outsourcing, statements of work, SLAs, licenses, SaaS, data transfer and cloud/AI contracts. You will advise senior leadership on legal risks and guide junior professionals in transactions.

Travel is required as part of the Global Legal function; you will help shape Accenture's market-facing contracting strategies and risk

Qualificações

Minimum 3 years of transactional experience in digital, consulting, systems integration, and/or outsourcing.
Minimum 2 years of experience negotiating Intellectual Property and Data Privacy issues.
Desirable experience with state/local government agencies or healthcare clients.

Responsabilidades

Lead, structure, negotiate and close Accenture’s complex client transactions.
Stay abreast of developments affecting the company and its clients, and synthesize into transactional practices.
Educate and advise company executives with respect to legal and risk management issues.
Develop subject matter expertise in one or more areas benefiting Legal or the business.
Develop internal guidelines, toolkits, and knowledge capital on legal and business issues.
Support, promote and implement Legal Group initiatives.
