Accenture Portugal's Contracting Legal Professionals lead, structure, draft and negotiate complex client transactions in a fast-paced corporate environment including master services agreements, outsourcing agreements, statements of work, service level agreements, licensing agreements, SaaS agreements, data transfer agreements, requests for proposals and agreements involving cloud, blockchain security, automation, systems integration and agile development.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of transactional experience in digital, consulting, systems integration, and/or outsourcing in roles with increasing responsibility.
• Minimum 2 years of experience negotiating Intellectual Property and Data Privacy issues.
• Desirable experience with government agencies or healthcare clients.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, structure, negotiate and close complex client transactions to benefit Legal and business.
• Stay abreast of developments affecting the company and synthesize into transactional practices.
• Educate and advise executives on legal and risk management issues.
• Develop subject matter expertise to benefit Legal and business.
• Develop internal guidelines, toolkits, and knowledge capital on legal issues.
• Support and promote Legal Group initiatives.
• Evolve to become a pathfinder and technology-enabled contracting professional.
