Capital on Tap, a fintech-focused growth company, seeks a Lead Automation Engineer to champion quality across a mission team. You will define and own testing strategy, build robust automated tests (API, UI, Mobile), and drive Shift-Left with cross-functional partners from refinement to delivery.

You will lead automation targets, leverage CI/CD tooling, and collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to accelerate velocity while upholding the highest standards.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in QA Automation or SDET roles.
• Proficient in C# or TypeScript.
• Experience with fintech testing.
• Hands-on with UI and API testing tools.
• Familiar with Azure, Git, and CI/CD.
• Strong leadership and collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the comprehensive testing strategy for your domain, ensuring end-to-end quality and compliance with QA Team Lead.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated tests (API, UI, Mobile).
• Champion a Shift-Left mindset with Product Owners and Developers from refinement to delivery.
• Directly manage automation targets and use data-driven insights to focus on high-risk areas.
• Ensure automated test suites are integrated into CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable deployment.
