Thorit Thorit GmbH is looking for a Senior Engineer to lead their Lisbon AI hub. You will ship production-grade AI systems, maintain the internal data warehouse, and establish quality standards. Candidates must have direct experience with agent systems and data engineering. Collaborate with teams in Tbilisi while working in a hybrid setup. Qualificações

• Experience integrating AI or agent systems with HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Prior role as the senior engineering anchor on a distributed team.
• Contributions to open-source projects or commercial AI products.
• Experience with internal agent framework or LLM tooling layer.

Responsabilidades

• Ship 3+ production agentic AI systems in 12 months.
• Build and maintain a reusable agent framework.
• Establish evals and data quality bar for shipped agents.
• Co-author public-facing technical assets.
• Onboard and pair daily with the Tbilisi AI & Data Engineer.

Conhecimentos

Direct experience building and shipping agent systems using tool-calling LLMs

Hands-on data engineering experience with dbt

Production RAG experience with vector stores

Evals and data-test discipline

Production engineering hygiene

Cost and latency awareness

Native-level Portuguese plus clear business English
