Job summary

Thorit seeks a senior engineering anchor for Lisbon AI hub to ship production-grade agentic AI systems for enterprise clients and own data plumbing with a warehouse layer over CRM data. You will lead tool-calling LLM workflows, dbt data modeling, and RAG pipelines while ensuring observability and cost efficiency.

You will co-create an internal agent framework, build data pipelines, and establish evals with tests and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping agent systems using tool-calling LLMs to production.
• Experience data engineering with dbt and modeling B2B CRM data.
• Production RAG with vector stores and hybrid search.
• Evals and data-test discipline in production code.

Responsibilities

• Ship 3+ production agentic AI systems to enterprise clients within 12 months.
• Build and maintain reusable agent framework including tool-calling, evals, and observability.
• Develop and operate internal data warehouse layer (dbt models, test transformations).
• Establish evals and data quality bar with tests and freshness SLAs.
• Maintain ≥ 85% billable utilization across active engagements.
• Co-author 2+ public-facing technical assets on AI or data engineering.
