Match Profiler is seeking a Kubernetes Engineer to join our on-site Belgium team. You will design, deploy, and manage large-scale Kubernetes clusters, leveraging Terraform/Ansible or Pulumi for IaC and ArgoCD for GitOps.

You will work with Docker/Podman, cloud offerings (EKS/AKS/GKE), service meshes and monitoring stacks to ensure reliable, scalable infrastructure. The role emphasizes collaboration in cross-functional teams, strong problem-solving, and proactivity in a fast-moving environment.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience deploying Kubernetes at scale in production.
• Strong Docker/Podman and container orchestration knowledge.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible or Pulumi for IaC.
• Familiarity with Rancher, OpenShift, Docker ecosystems.
• Cloud/Kubernetes offerings: AWS EKS, Azure AKS, Google GKE.
• Familiarity with VMware or Microsoft virtualization platforms.
• Monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.
• Service meshes: Istio or Linkerd; CI/CD with ArgoCD.
• Storage: S3, MinIO; scripting in Bash/Python for automation.
• Analytical, proactive, and strong cross-team communication.
• Knowledge of agile delivery methodologies.

We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:
Kubernetes Engineer (Orchestrator) (m/f) -On-site (Belgium)

What do you need to have:

Hard Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments, including designing, deploying, and managing large scale clusters.
• Deep understanding of containerization technologies like Docker, Podman and container orchestration principles.
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.
• Familiarity with major providers Rancher, Openshift, Docker.
• Familiarity with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their Kubernetes offerings (EKS, AKS, GKE).
• Familiarity with major virtualization providers (VMware, Microsoft).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack.
• Experience with service meshes like Istio or Linkerd.
• Experience with HELM and CI/CD (ArgoCD/ GitOps).
• Experience with Storage (Software Defined / Backend), S3 solutions, MinIO, Nooba etc.
• Proficient in scripting languages like Bash or Python for automation tasks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good understanding different agile delivery methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-moving environment, and to work in cross functional teams.
