A leading staffing agency in Portugal is seeking an experienced sales professional to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships in the automotive sector. The ideal candidate has over 5 years in Automotive Account Management and a proven track record in sales negotiations. Responsibilities include developing quotes, maintaining key relationships, and supporting business growth efforts.

Qualificações

  • 5+ years of Automotive Account/Sales Management experience, preferably with Tier 1 Automotive Suppliers.
  • Proven ability to manage new business development campaigns.
  • Experience negotiating sales contracts and preparing product quotes.

Responsabilidades

  • Achieve annual sales/new business targets.
  • Maintain networking relationships within OEM organizations.
  • Develop accurate quote packages with support teams.
  • Negotiate sales contracts effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve agreed annual sales/new business targets.
  • Maintain active and effective networking relationships within OEM organizations to identify business growth opportunities.
  • Develop time, accurate, and complete quote packages with assistance from support teams within JAC Products.
  • Effectively negotiate sales contracts to achieve JAC financial targets, ensure market competitiveness, and represent good value to the customer.
  • Lead the overall customer relationship and ensure the successful resolution of commercial issues – either directly as appropriate, or through JAC Products teammates.
  • Negotiate Engineering & Design Projects for customer on a project basis as requested.
  • Schedule and conduct Business Review Visits (at the Customer site and/or JAC Products site) and related presentations.
  • Successfully pursue opportunities to conduct technology shows and present new product concepts to customer design, engineering and purchasing teams.
  • Review and approve, as appropriate, all Purchase Orders and invoices; Responsible for payment collections that fall beyond terms.
  • Monitor JAC Products performance in key areas affecting overall customer satisfaction and our status for quoting new business. Provide timely alerts to the JAC Products team regarding areas of concern.
  • Create and maintain accurate / accessible and organized documentation.

  • Proven Account and Sales Management skills required to achieve sales targets and to create, maintain, and enhance customer relationships
  • Extremely detail oriented. Analytical and project management skills
  • Technical competence (understand software, hardware, networks, etc)
  • Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
  • Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
Preferred Education Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or related functional areas.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of Automotive Account/Sales Management, preferred Tier 1 Automotive Supplier.
  • Experience in managing new business development campaigns, coordinating team members, developing timetables and setting deadlines in order to achieve sales objectives.
  • Successful experience in negotiating sales contracts, coordinating the preparation/costing of new product quotes.
