Qualificações

Responsabilidades

  • Identify new business opportunities and prospective clients.
  • Grow client portfolio through selling, upselling, and acquisition.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships based on trust.
  • Understand each client's business strategy.
  • Negotiate and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
  • Support contract preparation and client onboarding processes.
  • Conduct regular business review meetings with clients.

Conhecimentos

Experience in Payments and eCommerce

Formação académica

Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities and prospective clients;
  • Grow your client portfolio through selling, upsell, and acquisition of new clients;
  • Build strong, lasting relationships based on trust, proximity, and availability;
  • Understand each client\'s business strategy in the context of digital commerce and payment solutions;
  • Analyze and address business opportunities for new features, improvements, or product launches;
  • Negotiate and prepare technical and commercial proposals with internal stakeholders;
  • Support contract preparation and client onboarding processes;
  • Follow up on product/service adoption and ensure successful implementation;
  • Conduct regular business review meetings with clients;
  • Ensure all commercial documentation (proposals, contracts, opportunities, leads) is up to date.
You Will Need
  • Proven experience in Payments and eCommerce;
  • Senior experience managing large accounts and enterprise clients;
  • CPLP nationality or an EU work permit;
  • Fluency in Portuguese.
Would Be Awesome If You Have
  • Previous experience in technology, communications, or financial companies related to payment systems;
  • Background in Digital Payments and eCommerce growth strategies;
  • English proficiency at B2 level.
