Job summary

Neotalent Conclusion is seeking a Junior Trade Analyst to join our team and support a global financial services environment focused on commodity and equity derivatives. You will draft and validate OTC trade documentation, ensure alignment between trade bookings and legal confirmations, and manage post-trade events.

You will collaborate with Trading, Sales, Legal, Compliance and Technology teams to maintain operational integrity, support straight-through processing, and strengthen post-trade

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial products such as commodities, energy, power, gas, equities, options, swaps and forwards.
• Ability to reconcile trade bookings, term sheets, confirmations, and lifecycle events with strong attention to detail.
• Experience working on challenging projects for big clients and learning new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review OTC confirmations for derivative products in accordance with ISDA standards.
• Perform detailed trade and term sheet validations for accurate risk booking and documentation alignment.
• Manage confirmation workflows and dispatch documentation within regulatory and operational deadlines.
• Process and communicate post-trade lifecycle events such as exercises, restructurings, amendments, and terminations.
• Investigate and resolve documentation discrepancies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
