Delnext in Portugal seeks a Junior Business Strategy & Projects Specialist to support planning, execution, and closing of strategic initiatives, reporting to Senior Strategic Project Managers or C‑level executives. You will liaise with department heads, produce data‑driven insights for strategic planning, and help solve cross‑functional issues while tracking timelines, budgets, and resources.

This on‑site role is based in Cacém – Sintra with one remote workday per week, in a dynamic environment

Qualifications

• Excellent academic performance in Business, Economics or Engineering.
• Proven ability to think strategically and analytically and solve complex problems.
• Leadership and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

"The Junior Strategic Project Manager will report directly to Senior Strategic Project Managers or C-Level executives and will be responsible for initiating, planning, executing, and closing strategic projects that are critical to the organization.
