Kardex is seeking a Junior Software Test & Integration Engineer to support testing, integration, and 2nd-level support for WES/WAF software. You will learn under senior engineers and rotate through 24/7 support after onboarding, growing into a senior integration and support expert.

You will work with cross-functional teams across EMEA, gaining hands-on experience configuring interfaces and maintaining customer documentation in a fast-paced, highly customized warehouse environment.

Qualificações

• Technical degree in Software Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in software testing, integration, or support.
• Basic SQL and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with testing tools (Selenium, Appium, TestLink) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Execute test plans and support functional, performance, and regression testing.
• Document defects and support resolution with Development.
• Assist in maintaining test documentation and best practices.
• Support integration of WES software with customer systems.
• Assist in configuring interfaces and commissioning software onsite.
• Troubleshoot incidents escalated from 1st-level support.
