Kardex is seeking a Junior Software Test and Integration Engineer to support testing, integration, and 2nd-level support for WES/WAF software from our Lisbon office near Parque das Nações. The role offers mentorship and growth toward a senior specialist in a highly customized warehouse execution environment.

You will work with senior engineers and project teams across EMEA, gaining hands-on experience in testing, software integration, and on-site commissioning while contributing to documentation

Qualificações

• Technical degree in Software Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in software testing, integration, or support.
• Basic SQL and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with testing tools (Selenium, Appium, TestLink) is a plus.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift rotation.
• Motivation to learn and grow into a senior role.

Responsabilidades

• Execute test plans and support functional, performance, and regression testing.
• Document defects and support resolution with Development.
• Assist in maintaining test documentation and best practices.
• Support integration of WES software with customer systems.
• Assist in configuring interfaces and commissioning software onsite.
• Help maintain system documentation and customer training materials.
• Participate in the 24/7 support rotation (after onboarding).
• Troubleshoot incidents escalated from 1st‑level support.
• Document cases and ensure proper handover between shifts.
