PwC Portugal is seeking a Junior SAP BASIS Consultant to help administer, monitor, and maintain SAP environments, ensuring system stability, performance, and availability.

You will collaborate with seasoned professionals on infrastructure, database, and technical operations tasks while developing SAP expertise and expanding your IT skills in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of professional experience.
• Fluent Portuguese and good English communication skills.
• Knowledge of operating systems (Linux/Unix).
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking fundamentals, DNS, ports, firewalls, routing, and load balancing concepts.
• Understanding of HTTP, HTTPS, SSH, SFTP, and SMTP protocols.
• Intermediate SQL knowledge, including data modelling, indexing, queries, and performance.
• Basic knowledge of backups, restores, availability, and data integrity.
• Strong analytical skills and willingness to learn.
• An understanding of IT landscapes and connecting IT systems is an advantage.
