Marsh in Lisbon invites a Consulting Analyst to focus on sustainability and ESG risks, contributing to Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity projects. You will analyze climate-related risks, gather data, and support regulatory compliance as part of a client-facing risk consulting team.
The role requires a degree in a relevant field and 1–3 years of experience, with fluency in English and Portuguese, and a willingness to learn across consulting disciplines.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Consulting team at Marsh. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Marsh’s Risk Consulting team helps clients navigate through the current complex risk landscape. We support clients navigating uncertainty, building resilience and ensuring long-term value. We integrate ESG factors directly into Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity (BCM) to prepare businesses for tomorrow’s challenges.
As a Consulting Analyst, you will focus on sustainability and environmental topics, playing also a key role as our subject matter expert on sustainability risks. You will actively contribute to broader ERM and BCM projects, helping clients understand how climate and ESG factors impact their operational continuity and strategic resilience.
