Marsh in Lisbon is seeking an experienced EMEA Regional Benefits Manager to lead benefits renewals and align programs across 48 countries for ~22,000 employees. We are seeking a talented individual to join our EMEA Benefits team at Marsh. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The EMEA Regional Benefits Manager is responsible for managing benefit renewals and supporting benefits activities across the EMEA region. This role covers 48 countries, approximately 22,000 employees, and up to 4 entities per country. This role will report to the Regional Benefits Leader, EMEA as part of our Benefits & Mobility Center of Excellence in the People Function.
