Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement or related experience required.
• Must have understanding of supplier management and basic financial principles.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Overview

You’ll be focused in

• Communicating with suppliers to confirm order details, timelines and administrative data;
• Collecting information, supporting the preparation of analysis and making recommendations on procurement processes;
• Supporting processes and procedures in procurement, ensuring the efficiency of the lifecycle (Contract Management, Supplier Management, Sourcing);
• Being the point of contact with several stakeholders, promoting activities in procurement and providing support on relevant issues;
• Analysing trends and metrics within the procurement area, helping to identify gaps, proposing and implementing necessary changes;
• Maintaining best practices, contributing to the optimization of processes, policies and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in one or more areas of expertise within Procurement such as Contract Management, Supplier Management, Sourcing;
• Supplier management understanding and basic financial knowledge
• Knowledge of SAP R/3 (nice to have)
• Strong communication skills, business sharpness and adaptability;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, highly organized and attention to detail;
• High English skills, both written and spoken.
